my sunday was FULL OF ADVENTURE!!
ive been meaning to blog about this for agess!!! so here i go!!

on sunday i went swimming with dolphins!
Hectors dolphins are only found in new zealand. the female is averagely 1.5m while the male is averagely 1.2m. they are one of the smallest dolphins in the world.
^^i was paying attention when the woman was talking on the boat! (:
so yeah, we had to put on wetsuits-7MM THICK!! they were soo hot! i was actually sweating. and it was 17degrees out. thats how hot they were. it was disgusting!
so yes, since it was 17 degrees the water was freezing. me and edward were the first ones in. like at first you were frozen, but soon it was alright. only your hands would be cold cos they were the only bit uncovered. no dolphins were showing up. the woman on the boat pointed at me and said 'the girl with the blonde hair, can you come over here please?' ...umm...hello! my hair is black! or relatively black! it was silly...there were like 4 blondes on our boat, and i got called the blonde...err...okay! haha..
so she called me over, gave me 2 stones and told me to bang them together under the water. so i did. and the dolphins came!! it was amazing! we spent about 35 mins with them. then got out and found a dolphin and her baby. it was great. and we found another pod of dolphins a bit later and hung round with them for a bit. on the way back i tried to take photos of them swimming beside our boat, but they were too fast! lol.

on the ride back from akaroa to christchurch, we found a cherry picking place. and we managed to pick 3kg of them! ..me getting the most of course! ahahah...whatever :p it was great fun!

so that was my exciting sunday! probaly one of the best days ive had! (: and now im excited, cos its ONE WEEK TILL I FLY HOME!!! i cant wait!! eee!!

i had such a good time yesterday. went to a party. much fun...was slightly hungover yesterday, but meh. totally worth it (: cant be bothered to go into detail...another time!

well it's been a long 8 weeks and 4 days away from home so far, but thankfully i know its only another 2 weeks anbd 6 days to go (: ...yes, im homesick.

holidays started last friday. i finshed my last exam about 2 weeks ago. for about a week i was bored stiff. thanks to all the other boarders who stayed in and kept me company and stopped me from pulling my hair out with insanity (: and especially thanks to my new BF!. ...subtle! hehe. yes, yes, i have a bf. and hes amazing. sexamalicious beast. ahem. lol. and i shall continuously babble on about him when i come home...*cough* 2 WEEKS AND 6 DAYS!!!

so this is gonna be my random post which will be fiolled with the doings of the last 60 days... firstly, i stayed at my friends farm for the last 3 days! sooo much fun!!! me and 6 other girls went. and then there was also phoebe, the girl whos house it was. so 8 of us! it was great! we had a ginormous tent and we all slept in there on matresses. and there was a stream next to it. and after me, ish, penny and phoebs went for a wee treck we decided to peel off and go for a paddle in our bras and undies. absolutely freezing. it actually was! me and penny ventured forth the furthest. but the highlight was when phoebes lost her jandals and i had to jump out and run down the river after them...NOT flattering! lol. and we went to some hot pools which was amaizng! even tho im now paying for it with all my sunburns! but i have to say the best bit was when we decided to try all the farm stuff. she taught me how to drive (: i hopped in her orange mini and went for a spin. and when id done that for about 20 mins i went on the motorbike. it was great fun! i got up to 3rd gear with the mini before i kept stalling it and making it bunny hop. and 4th gear with the bike before ish kicked me off. great stuff!

I look into your eyes. The world around me melts into a messy blur. All I can see are intense pupils surrounded by a fragile yellow and ocean blue. You softly smile, making your entire face light up. A tuft of mousey brown hair drifts into your eyes, but you casually brush it away, not once breaking our gaze. I return your favour with a smile. We seem frozen in time, our eyes locked on one another. I look at you, and then at the 4 inch revolver in my pocket.

and other news? umm...yes. my parents are back! they came over for a holiday and its great. ive missed them so much! i got really badly homesick this term. like really bad. i was sitting at dinner one night talking to zak, hadley, emma, ish, michelle and phoebe, and they started talking about their parents. i just couldnt handle it, and burst into tears and they had to walk me back. i felt like such a dick...so i just wanna say thanks to them, and also thanks to em, lou, naz, tai, charlie, jess, hana, hannah, and whoever else emailed me. it really means loads to know that people still keep in touch!

and on that happy note, the family guy is starting. so yeh, ill be off! thanks guys! and not long till i come home! woop woop!! lulu, ill see you on the 30th! happy bday!! (: and to all the others, cant wait to see you!
